VINEYARD AGE: 45 years.

YIELD: 30 quintals/ha.

HARVEST: End September 2016.

Picked by hand, with two selections: one in vineyard and the second in the vibrant sorting table.

WINEMAKING: Grapes are gently crushed and fermented in big Grenier wooden conical tanks.

AGEING: 20 months in three Tonneaux 700 Liters (7 hL), where the name of the wine comes from.

BOTTLING: May 2018.

PRODUCTION: 2.700 bottles of 0,75 Lt, 50 bottles of 1,50 Lt.

ALCOL: 13,50 %.
